      I was told to go through my lawyer. I emailed him but no response. Ill give it till monday before i start calling the courts again.

        Oh, that is scary, the clerks usually can tell you what is going on. I would call back and demand an answer, it is your case, hopefully, you wll get another clerk.

          I'm surprised the Clerk's Office wasn't more help. Ours was very nice.

          I'd suggest, when you call back to be nice. Maybe you got someone who was having a bad day. Next call might be a more helpful person??!!

            She basically belittled me. I didnt understand the acronyms she was speaking and she was very short. I work in IT....i know when i speak with someone who has no idea about computers i go with their level. I never make them feel bad. Anyway.....she just basically said to call my lawyer and hung up.

              Not every court is friendly to debtors. A few have been instructed by the trustees that when a filer has a lawyer, they are not answer answer questions or help you. I think it's stupid, but they get to make the rules in their local court. Keep after your lawyer. Call and make an appointment if necessary.
